The incredible Ability to Heal

Injuries are part of life. As much as I dislike injuries, I always learn something about myself as I experience the healing in my body. I injured my knee a few months ago with a miniscus tear. The healing process has been slow and I have learned to be patient. The older I get, the longer it takes for injuries to heal. Through a modified practice I have been able to continue my yoga practice, allowing the knee to rest when needed. It is important to listen to your body.
